Your job

In the rapidly changing world where our clients become more digital, it is key that we give our front office staff the right tooling to stay relevant for our clients and have meaningful interactions with them. Your ideas are input for further improvement for our employees and with that the customers in the Digital Journeys.

As a Business Analyst (or Business Developer as we say within the ABN AMRO) within Grid OneCRM you’ll develop new and improved propositions that meet the future needs of our employees and customers, in this case with a focus on functionality connected to Appointment Making. Innovating, advising, improving, training and solving problems are the basic activities you will be involved in. You’ll make the translation from business to IT, support the ideas with a business case and function as an internal consultant (advisory role) within and outside the Grid with stakeholders within various departments of the bank.

Work environment

The goal of Grid CRM is to deliver harmonize CRM capabilities in order to ensure a friction free, bank wide, digital customer experience and efficient client and employee processes. We believe that an agile approach with multi-disciplinary teams focussing on speed, flexibility and efficiently will help us in making the Digital Transformation. The team focusses on supporting the front office in creating & fostering trusted relationships with our clients by enabling a consistent customer experience via personal interaction and omni-channel digital services.

We work with a team of ambitious colleagues (Business and IT) who share a passion for CRM and use Microsoft Dynamics 365 as our core CRM platform and various API’s and integrations with other applications like Online Appointment Making and Beeldbankieren.  

Your profile

You are an energetic person with a passion for combining thinking with action. With your client oriented mind set and understanding of what your front office staff needs, you can drive the change within the Bank. You like to work constantly on new ideas/propositions for CRM. Stakeholder managemen is key for your success. That's what you know.

  • Academic level of working and thinking
  • Five or more years' relevant work experience
  • Demonstrable experience as a business developer
  • You have strong communication skills and you can translate vision and customer needs into solutions.
  • Understanding of CRM and preferably MSD365
  • Experience working in a DevOps environment

We're offering

  • The gross monthly salary displayed above (on our careerpage) is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget. 
    • The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
  • Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
  • Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
  • Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team and depending on your position).
  • An annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands.
