Wat je gaat doen

As a full-stack engineer for our (HCP) team, you would be responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end valuable HR and pensions insights to our customers. Your role would involve working closely with our product team, designers, and other engineers to design, develop, and maintain the HCP platform.

Develop and maintain the HCP platform, ensuring that it is secure, scalable, reliable, and easy to use
Collaborate with the product team, designers, and other engineers to create end-to-end digital solutions that provide valuable HR and pensions insights to our customers
Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code that adheres to industry standards and best practices
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the HCP platform
Troubleshoot and debug issues, and work with other team members to identify and implement solutions in a timely manner

What you will bring

Your passion for technology and delivering high quality solutions is evident in everything you do. You bring 5+ years of experience in a senior engineering position. Preferably your proficient in both Dutch and English. Furthermore you bring:

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and analytically to identify and implement effective solutions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
Proficiency in a variety of programming languages and frameworks like NodeJS TypeScript and VueJS, with a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end development
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work and delivering value to our customers
A continuous learning mindset with a passion for exploring new technologies and tools to improve our platform and processes
