The Oxygen Product Owner is responsible for the accelerated IT platform (Oxygen) roll out as defined in the transformation programme. The PO acts as product ambassador, owns the Oxygen product vision and roadmap, and is responsible for the implementations in the countries and gives functional steering to the Oxygen Devops teams.

Key responsibilities:

You establish a strong and compelling (product) vision for Oxygen. You validate the vision with the executive stakeholders in the countries
You own the Oxygen roadmap, both in terms of the Oxygen proposition and the implementation roadmap in the countries
You formulate clear objectives and key results for the development team
You manage dependencies with other transformation workstreams and country initiatives
You have an oversight role in the Oxygen implementations in the countries. Initial scope: 5 international countries. You make the implementation to a success. You manage dependencies
You give functional steering to the Oxygen development team
You make product migrations to a success
You oversee budget and resource allocation, ensuring effective utilization
Act as convincing ambassador for the Oxygen product. You establish have a strong and trusted relationship with the countries
You drive collaboration and reusability

We offer this job fully remote as a virtual assignment for 1 to 3 years. As part of this role, you will have an employment contract under the local collective labour agreement (CLA) from one of the 11 countries where NN operates. This means you can apply for the job if you reside in one of the countries where NN is located (Netherlands, Belgium, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Spain, Greece, Turkey, Japan). Wat je meebrengt

Masters/ Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Information Management
Minimum 10 years of experience in Program/delivery management with a proven track record in a leadership role
Deep knowledge of Insurance business applications, architecture, migration scenario’s and best practices
A proven track record of outstanding execution, strong problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale initiatives and engage stakeholders
A solid understanding of technology and its application within the business context
Experience in product management and platforms
Working in a federative International context

You will join the workstream the IT / Tech Simplification and Optimization workstream, which is dedicated to streamlining our technology processes and optimizing our sourcing strategies. This workstream is focused on rolling out the ITplatform (Oxygen), facilitating improved speed of delivery and level of innovation, simplifying, and rationalizing our current application landscape, and identifying opportunities for optimization. You will:

Work with diverse teams within NN International, all business units in International
Partner with CIOs and key business stakeholders in Insurance International
Product owners and technology experts within NN Insurance International and NN Group
Engage in internal intensive stakeholder management for alignment

This job is a virtual assignment which means you will fully work from home. You will travel regularly to meet your team. This means that the willingness to travel is important for this job position.
