To strengthen the Client Acceptance delivery team (VD CA), we are looking for an enthusiastic, self-starting IT Engineer with a focus on OPS/Infra and proven track record to support our KYC processes. Implementing and improving Fenergo as target-state tooling for KYC helps the bank to be compliant with KYC rules and regulations, but also to harmonise processes, rationalise our IT landscape, improve data quality, and generate relevant and reliable reporting. Overall, we contribute to preventing financial crime and with it, be trustworthy as a bank for our clients and society in general.
Your job
As IT Engineer, you are part of the Client Acceptance team, one of the DevOps teams within the DFC grid. The team develops and maintains the Fenergo application within the bank, enabling and supporting the organization to carry out the KYC processes. As an IT Engineer with a focus on OPS you have a clear vision on what keeps this application running in a fast-changing environment. Where can you help users? How fast can we solve their issues? What is your idea on what and how to improve – in the application, but also within the team and how we work?
We work for all business lines and subsidiaries. Therefore, you collaborate with stakeholders cross-business line and cross-grid, and including second line parties.
Your Roles and Responsibilities include:
- you will work as a dev-ops team member in a scrum team having Ops and Infra chapter. you will work within the team on refining, analyzing, designing, developing, testing, maintaining and realizing good quality and future proof IT solutions.
- You will be Working in a Dev-ops team and capable of handling incidents/problems of the application.
- You will be able to enhance/configure the application as per the user's expectation.
- Educating yourself and others with the right technical capabilities and the latest developments in Testing, Ops & Infra.
- co-ordination among all other chapter members within the team to make the application sustainable.
- Good analytical skill to solve the critical production issues with your expert technical skills.
- Actively participating in knowledge gaining and sharing by joining triangles, circles, communities and events.
- Comply and advocate the Agile, DevOps mindset.

Your profile
- You are part of a DevOps team so Development and Ops activities will go hand in hand
- Work in a Scrum / Agile environment
- Keeping the application running is your number 1 priority
- High-quality incident management is key
- Having good experience in handling database(SQL server) issues
- Having basic knowledge of Azure SQL database and other azure services
- Be an inspiration to the team, share your knowledge and offer guidance on the tooling
- Closely cooperate with end-users
- Collaborate with the team on automation initiatives
- Set up the Monitoring of the application
- Good in communication and proactive in the work
Your qualifications
- Total IT experience at least 4 years
- Application Development and Maintenance (3yr+)
- Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SQL DB Experience with (Azure) Infra
- Experience in handling application's Ops &Infra issues
- Experience with Azure CICD pipelines
- Experience with SQL database/Data-model/Queries
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with Agile and DevOps way of working
- Experience with ServiceNow is a plus
- Creative mind
- Good interpersonal communications: Presenting solutions, coaching and helping team members
Certifications
Microsoft Azure certifications will be a plus. AZ900 is must.

- The gross monthly salary (Eur 4.213 - 6.014) displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget. A 40-hour work week is also possible.
- The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
