As the Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring new hires have a seamless onboarding experience and that departing employees become NN Ambassadors. What are you going to do?

In this role you will optimise the process of welcoming and integrating new employees into our organisation. Next to that you will be responsible to develop and implement offboarding solutions to make sure our leaving colleagues will leave as NN ambassadors. 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Develop, improve and optimise our group onboarding programme, process and communication
  • Coordinate with our HR business partners and hiring managers to ensure a smooth local onboarding process
  • Coordinate the roll out of the local onboarding initiatives to other BU’s
  • Implement central elements of the onboarding solutions to NN International
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistent messaging throughout the onboarding and offboarding process
  • Continuously measure and improve the onboarding and offboarding policy & processes and communication flow to enhance the employee experience
  • Work together with other departments to develop and implement an effective offboarding process and communication flow for departing employees

What you will bring

We are looking for a HR professional who has experience in building programmes. Our ideal candidate meets the following requirements:

  • Master's degree with
  • > 3 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent organizational, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues related to onboarding and offboarding
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a corporate, constantly evolving environment
  • Fluent in Dutch and English

You will be joining our NN Career Centre, established in 2020 as a combination of various areas of expertise, including recruitment, external hiring, and recruitment marketing. Our goal is to provide the best possible service to both new candidates and the business. We work in different customer teams, each dedicated to specific target groups. This enables us to work efficiently and practically, ensuring our teams develop strong market knowledge and provide added value to managers. Going forward, we will expand our scope to include both on- and offboarding activities for employees and managers, further diversifying our impact.
