NN International is continuing its transformation journey. In the next couple of years, we will focus on simplifying our technology and operations.
Process excellence and in turn, unlocking it with process mining technology, has been identified as one of the levers for our strategy. This technology has already been applied in our banking business, and we would like to expand its use case in the International insurance segment this year.
The Product Owner Process Mining will be responsible for managing the implementation of process mining technology in five European countries. To generate high-value use cases, you will work closely with our country teams as well as being the point of contact with our external Process Mining software and data integration partners. You will lead local teams in performing data transformations, developing analyses and deriving business cases. You will lead data-driven process insights and actions. You will also lead the implementation of the newest features and functionalities of the Process mining software, such as Process Automation, Task Mining and Machine Learning.
The Product Owner Process Mining will have the support of committed senior leaders and budgets to ensure the project's successful execution.

We offer this job fully remote as a virtual assignment for 1 to 3 years. As part of this role, you will have an employment contract under the local collective labour agreement (CLA) from one of the 11 countries where NN operates. This means you can apply for the job if you reside in one of the countries where NN is located (Netherlands, Belgium, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Spain, Greece, Turkey, Japan). Wat je meebrengt
- Successfully completed your studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration / Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program
- Fluent English is essential
- Min. 2 years of working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area
- Effective communication and stakeholdermanagement skills
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and program management frameworks
- Knowledge of Salesforce environment can be beneficial

This job is a virtual assignment which means you will fully work from home. You will travel regularly to meet your team. This means that the willingness to travel is important for this job position.
