Recent strategic commitments of Nationale-Nederlanden show acceleration in becoming a more digital and data-driven organization. In the upcoming years Nationale-Nederlanden will work to further improve the digital customer experience. One of the most important connectors in this complex landscape is the Content Management System (CMS). Several websites / channels of Nationale-Nederlanden are depending on the CMS in regards to performance, availability, and reliability. The CMS serves 24*7 content and act as an important sales and service channel to our (potential) customers and brokers.
The department Customer & Commerce (C&C) contributes to these ambitions by providing composable platform products to support the accelerating pace of business needs. C&C is at the beginning of a new journey, has big ambitions to optimize and innovate on their digital channels, to become known for its excellent customer and broker engagement.
