Innovations from the Achmea Innovation Hub make a true difference in our society, and we need you to deliver a major contribution!

We are looking for experienced entrepreneurs / venture builders with expertise in the fields of Housing, Employment and/or Mobility! You are a true team player, you are able to build and implement one or more impactful businesses with innovative business models, that are new to Achmea.

You will be energized by the entrepreneurial environment in which you form a founding team together with a Service Designer and other roles as the venture grows. Both the Hub’s own team of experts (i.e. UX/UI, data engineers and others) and experts throughout the Achmea organization will help you on your way to quickly define clear problems to tackle and develop the right solutions and concepts that will be the basis for a strong venture. As founders of the venture, you determine your own future. Your personal path of growth aligns directly with the growth of the venture.

The Venture teams are responsible for all stages of the development of innovative proposals, from problem fit and business case to identifying organizational and technical requirements for launch or scaling. In Innovation Board meetings, you will know how to pitch revenue models and challenge stakeholders to think outside the box. You will be the first to recognize a scale-up moment and what is required in the investment model, budgets and processes for the initiative to leave the Innovation Hub.

Every day the team of the Achmea Innovation Hub deploys itself to find an overview of the market’s wants and wishes and to figure out how these could lead to impactful and profitable services for Achmea. As a team we have our own mindset and approach to this. We work quickly, define our opportunities, and go out to validate them. Less talk, more action!

We get evidence from our customers and let them guide us on our path. Above all, we have fun. Focusing on our strengths and having a good work-life balance is what keeps us innovative.

We‘d also like to find the following elements in your professional profile:

You have extensive experience developing and launching new businesses yourself, in the area of Housing / Employment / Mobility, from scratch with few means.
You have experience pitching others (investors, employees, partners) your ideas or ventures. You are a real collaborator and can take the lead if necessary.
You have the ability to bring people together, to communicate with people from all levels of the organization, to challenge them and to hold them to the agreements they have reached;
You are highly organized, a strong planner and budget-maker;
You’ve worked in a leading role in a startup/scaleup environment;
You will have experience of one or more innovation and design methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean Startup, Design Thinking, Prototyping, Growth Hacking) and an affinity with technology, UX and UI processes;
You are proficient in Dutch and English and have a bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent professional and intellectual ability.

Gezond werken vinden we belangrijk, dus zorgen we ook dat dit kan met een berg healthy initiatieven!

Persoonlijk keuzebudget
Je ontvangt maandelijks een persoonlijk keuzebudget, opgebouwd uit 8% vakantietoeslag, 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering en 3,85% bovenwettelijk verlof. Je kiest zelf op welk moment je dit budget laat uitbetalen, je het gebruikt voor verlofsparen of dat je er vakantie-uren van koopt.
