Navigate between teams and solve large scale complexity and create actionable plans for them
Design and develop scalable, efficient, and reliable software applications, while following an API-first approach
Drive code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and consistency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to identify and prioritize features and functionality
Advocate DevOps mindset and implement modern best practices for software development, such as automated building, testing and deployment through CI/CD
Continuously researching and learning new technologies, tools, and techniques to improve the development process and stay up-to-date with industry trends

You know how to work in an Agile environment where collaboration, and continuous improvements are the foundations. Additionally you possess:

10+ years of experience working in a similar role
in-depth experience with back-end development with one or more server-side programming languages such as Javascript, Typescript, Go
in-depth experience with front-end development (React, Vue.js preferred), Javascript, HTML5 and CSS
a passion for automating and implementing recurring tasks, testing, and security in CI/CD systems
a DevOps mindset, knowledge about software architectures and experience building microservices and applications using AWS (e.g. Cloudformation, API Gateway, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, WSO2) and others
Experience with Kubernetes
